What we Bring:

  1. BulletChef Adam Protter, his Sous Chef and Serving Staff

  2. BulletKnives, kitchen tools and all required specialty equipment

  3. BulletRental china, cups, glasses, tables, cutlery, linens, serving platters and tools

  4. BulletAll necessary groceries, pantry items, condiments & delicacies

  5. BulletAs much of the menu prepared in advance as possible

  6. (please e-mail Adam to discuss options, changes, extras, etc...)

  7. set up is 24 to 36 hours in advance

  8. we would determine what if any of the on-site stoves and refrigeration are suitable for this kind of event and will tailor the menu to suit

  9. on site preparation could be up to 4 hours
